I got my passport photo here.
I was wearing a white t-shirt so they provided a black jacket to give proper contrast against white backing.
They took a picture, examined it, adjusted me and my facial expression, and retook. Did this several times to ensure we had a picture that would be accepted for the passport. And it was indeed accepted for my new passport.
They told me they have had no passports rejected, and I can see why. They lived up to their high ratings because they do have an attention to detail.

Really great place! They allow you to book an appointment or walk-in and have all necessary information you need. It's very clean and bright inside and I really appreciate the music they play. Dealing with passports is never the most pleasent process and the music is calming. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The photographer is well informed on what is needed for passports photos specifically and is very understanding and patient since this photo is for the next 10 years. Will definitely recommend to others!

We went to get passport photos for three very young kids. The place was very clean. Yulia helped us and was so kind and patient with all three of them. She was quick and we got all three done in a matter of ten or so minutes. The kids cooperated much more quickly than they normally do because they liked her.
I will make a point of going back to this location if it remains at this quality.

Friendly staff, my baby girls passport photo was perfect! I do find it’s ridiculous that children are $20 something dollars and adults are half the price. But I would suggest to anyone!
Response to the owner: I understand the concern for patience of a child! But my daughter literally took two seconds she sat completely still! It should vary on certain cases in my opinion! But still a great spot regardless.

I used their services 3 times in the past year. Every time I was pleasantly impressed by the staff. I saw them dealing with the people who didn’t speak English, or weren’t very skilled when it comes to emails, or didn’t know how the tap works (when paying), and the staff was super friendly, kind, and patient.
They take walk ins, and treat the customers very nicely. I recommend this place to everyone !!

I was looking to get passport photos done quickly and I looked up Passport Photos Calgary and was able to make an appointment within the hour. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and offered advice on my passport renewal. Everything from sitting down and getting my photo to checking out was done in under 10 minutes. Very competitive prices as well. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who wants a quick, easy experience!

Went as a walk-in, the process was extremely easy! Took a total of 30 minutes without an appointment. I like that they actually have a mirror and the woman who helped me let me look at my picture after and see if it looked ok, which I appreciated. She was also helpful and gave me advice on what I needed for my applications. The space was small, quiet and clean. Would recommend!

Very helpful, polite and friendly service at their NW location. We were a family of four, walking in on a public holiday afternoon and we were served immediately. The quality of the photos was excellent, and came with helpful advice regarding what we were wearing (go for darker colours rather than lighter). Would definitely recommend this clean and modern location.

Booking online was very convenient and the tips were useful to follow before arriving. Friendly staff and would definitely recommend the NW location! In fact I did and my sister took my nephew later that day to get his passport photos done. Unfortunately I didn’t notice I had a 15% off discount to share with her until after we looked more closely at the envelop my photos were put in. Next time 😊

Excellent photos with excellent service. The staff was friendly and highly professional; they went above and beyond, she explained in details the stamp requirements on the back of the photo. The price was way below others (by $10). They were professional and it took ~5 minutes to get the photos printed. Thank You for your help, appreciated!

The price was great, the reservation system was easy to navigate even though not necessary as it was a quiet Friday morning. My picture was taken right away with necessary directions to make
sure the pictures came out perfectly. It was about 5 minutes before I got my pictures back, easy peasy and professional.

We made an appointment to get photos for my 6 month old daughter. There was a very short wait to get seen, and the photo process was really quick & easy. The photos were ready VERY quickly (much less than 15 minutes). The place is clean and welcoming and the photographer was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very quick and professional service. Right at Service Canada, so very convenient as well. Price was $15 - cheaper than other options. In fact, I had 2 sets of photos ready for my passport application, and Service Canada said the photos from this service were the better ones for my passport. Highly recommend.

I had to take my 7month old baby's first passport photo. The staff was friendly and I was surprised that we could get the photo so quickly !!! I love my baby's first passport photo! It turned out so cute :) I would recommend this place if you need a passport photo even for your little one :)

Quick, good price, convenient for passport photos. I booked an appointment online the day before but you can just show up as they are very efficient there and it wouldn’t be a long wait. Instant passport photos pretty much. Lots of parking in the complex. Would come here again!

I booked an appointment on Saturday and they kindly sent me messages to follow up and reminders as well, when I got to the studio, a welcoming lady explained everything throuhly and respected my appointment time. I got my digital and printed photos all within 15 min.

We took our 2 month old here for passport photos and it was wonderful! The woman working was fantastic and made it super easy. I was anxious bc our little one can take time to settle, but she got the photo in the first couple of minutes! Great experience!

Wonderful experience - really appreciated being able to book an appointment online, late into the evening, and when we were early they were able to take us early even though busy. Their rates are excellent as well - quicker and better than AMA with our membership!

What not to love is someone who also want to take good photo for customers.
They have a lot of accessories for photo to adapt the requirements and the staff know how she should process the photo based on the requirements from Government.

Great service! Akrita was so kind and patient until she snapped the right photo of my toddler who wouldn’t close her mouth but she didnt give up and eventually got the perfect shot. Thank you! Highly recommend!
