Really great place! They allow you to book an appointment or walk-in and have all necessary information you need. It's very clean and bright inside and I really appreciate the music they play. Dealing with passports is never the most pleasent process and the music is calming. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The photographer is well informed on what is needed for passports photos specifically and is very understanding and patient since this photo is for the next 10 years. Not very busy when we came here few weeks ago. Our 4month old baby needed a passport picture and the lady photographer did a fabulous job, the picture was taken in less than a minute. We waited about 5-10mins as there were two customers before ua. The place is tidy and with several chairs so you could be comfortable. No problems with parking too. You just need to have your baby wear dark colored clothes as it appears better in photo (good contrast) and it is mentioned in their website, good thing I checked. But if your baby is wearing lighter clothes, they can lend you a onesie you can layer on top of your baby’s clothes, if you don’t mind that. Picture was great, no issues when we used it to apply for my baby’s passport. ~ Xahrina M
I got my passport photo here. I was wearing a white t-shirt so they provided a black jacket to give proper contrast against white backing. They took a picture, examined it, adjusted me and my facial expression, and retook. Did this several times to ensure we had a picture that would be accepted for the passport. And it was indeed accepted for my new passport. They told me they have had no passports rejected, and I can see why. They lived up to their high ratings because they do have an attention to detail. ~ Al G
